Warranty Obligations:
- The standard warranty period is 30 days from the date of receipt unless specific terms are additionally set in the product documentation or by law.
- To process a warranty exchange, you must keep the original packaging, warranty stickers, protective films, and complete set of components.
- For displays, sensors, modules, and touch screens, the removal of stickers or protective films voids the warranty.
- For flex cables, the warranty remains valid as long as there are no external damages.
- The warranty does not cover consumable materials.
Return Procedure:
- You can return a functional product within 14 days if its original appearance, packaging, and completeness are preserved. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. After inspection, the funds will be returned to the buyer.
- Parts that have not been installed can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

- Defective products can be returned at the store’s expense. We recommend verifying the defect before returning the item. In the case of a warranty claim, the product should be sent back to the store for inspection. Once the defect is confirmed, a replacement is provided, or the funds are refunded.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Violation of operating rules.
- Damage caused by the buyer.
- Using the product for unintended purposes.
Important: Product completeness may vary depending on the batch. In case of unclarified details of the product’s completeness, the decision on a possible return is made by the administration on an individual basis.
